Our commitment
RAMSIO CLOUDSERVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, which operates VANTAGEVID, wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology, a keyboard instead of a mouse, a small screen, or high contrast. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, and we treat a barrier that stops someone reading a page, signing up or paying as a bug to fix, not a preference.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every control and a skip link to the main content.
- Text meets the WCAG contrast ratio (4.5 to 1 for normal text) in both the light and the dark theme. Nothing is conveyed by color alone.
- Body text is 16px or larger and no visible text is under 12px, except labels drawn inside illustrations of the product.
- Pages reflow from a 320px-wide phone to a wide desktop without sideways scrolling.
- Buttons and links are at least 24 by 24 pixels, or have enough space around them.
- Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion, and moving content has a pause or stop control.
- Images and icons that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms have labels, clear error messages and no time limits. The cookie banner never blocks the page, and refusing is as easy as accepting.
- Headings follow a logical order, pages have one main heading, and long pages have named landmarks and a contents list.
How we test
Before each release we check the public pages in both themes at desktop and phone widths:
- An automated accessibility scan (axe-core, covering WCAG 2.0 to 2.2 level A and AA rules and best practices) of every public page.
- A keyboard scan that tabs through more than a thousand focus stops and checks each has a visible indicator and none traps focus.
- A check that no page scrolls sideways at 320px, 390px and tablet widths.
- Lighthouse accessibility audits of key pages.
- Our end-to-end tests run in Chrome, Firefox, Safari (WebKit) and a mobile browser.
Automated tools find many problems, not all. That is why we also say plainly what we have not yet done.
Known limits
- We have not had the site audited by an independent accessibility specialist, and we have not yet completed testing with a range of screen readers. Our checks are automated scans and keyboard testing, described below.
- The payment page is hosted by Razorpay, our payment processor, and is outside our control. If you cannot complete a payment there, write to us and we will arrange another way to pay.
- The pictures of the product on some pages are illustrations with sample data. They have a text description, but they are not the live product.
- The free tools and the product itself are separate from this website. This statement covers the website at vantagevid.io.
Tell us about a barrier
If you cannot use part of this website, or you need information in another format, write to [email protected] with the page address, what you were trying to do and what got in the way. Or use the contact form. You can also call +91 91106 18988 (Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM IST).
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can escalate to our Grievance Officer through the grievance redressal page, which sets out the process and timelines.
Standards
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 (opens in a new tab) as our target. We have not made a formal claim of conformance, because that needs an independent audit. When one is done, we will publish its result here.
