Common billing questions
Does the 7-day trial require a credit card?
No. You get full Creator-tier access for 7 days with no payment information required. You are only asked for billing when you choose to upgrade at the end of your trial or at any point during it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account remains active but access to paid features is restricted. All your data — scan history, saved hooks, settings — is preserved. Upgrade at any time to restore full access.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at 20% off the monthly rate. Creator annual = $468/year (₹46,799/year), $39/mo equivalent (₹3,899/mo). Pro annual = $948/year (₹94,799/year), $79/mo (₹7,899/mo). Agency annual = $2,388/year (₹238,799/year), $199/mo (₹19,899/mo). You can switch from monthly to annual at any time — the remaining monthly balance is prorated.
What is the Lifetime Deal?
The Lifetime Deal is a limited lifetime access offer — 500 of 500 Creator/Pro spots remaining (Agency is a separate 100-spot program). Early Bird price is $499 (₹49,899) one-time for Creator-tier lifetime access. The price increases as spots fill (Standard: $699 / ₹69,899, Final: $899 / ₹89,899 for Creator). Pro and Agency lifetime tiers are also available. Once all spots are claimed, this offer closes permanently.
Can I upgrade mid-trial?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time during your trial. Your billing cycle starts on the day you upgrade — not the day your trial ends. You will not be charged for trial days already used.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You retain access through the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. This is stated clearly before checkout. The 7-day trial gives you full access to verify the product meets your needs before any payment is taken. Lifetime Deal purchases are final.
Where can I find my receipts and invoices?
Go to Settings → Billing. All past invoices are listed with download links. Invoices include your company name and VAT number if you entered them during checkout.
