Where does the data come from?
From the official YouTube Data API: the public publish time and view count of the channel’s most recent uploads. Nothing is estimated or averaged.
Why does it not tell me the best time to post?
Because no single best time exists for every channel. YouTube itself says to check when your own viewers are active (in YouTube Studio, under Audience), and this tool lets you see when your own videos went live next to how they did. We would rather show you the facts than a made-up answer.
Can I trust a pattern I see here?
Treat it as a hint. Twenty-five videos is a small sample, older videos have had longer to collect views, and publish time is only one of many things that move views (the topic, the title, the thumbnail, the audience).
Should I always upload at the same time?
Consistency helps — regular viewers learn when to check back. But don't sacrifice quality for a deadline. Ship when it's ready.
