From account creation to your first outlier scan in under 10 minutes.
VANTAGEVID hasn't launched yet. This article describes how the product will work once access opens — for Lifetime Deal members first in August 2026, then publicly at launch in October 2026. There is no login or dashboard on this site today.
Setup in 4 steps
Create your account
Go to vantagevid.io and click "Start Free." Enter your name, email, and password. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account. You do not need a credit card to start your 7-day trial.
Complete onboarding
After verifying your email, you are guided through a 3-step onboarding: tell us your niche, your channel size, and your primary goal (grow views, monetise, get sponsors). This personalises your dashboard and recommendations.
Run your first channel scan
Go to Intelligence Hub from the sidebar. Enter any YouTube @handle (yours or a competitor's) and click "Scan Channel." Results appear in 30–90 seconds — a ranked list of outliers with scores and the specific patterns driving each one.
Generate your first hooks
Go to Hook Lab. Enter a video topic (e.g., "How I went from 0 to 100K subscribers"). Click "Generate Hooks." VANTAGEVID returns 8 ranked hooks — one per psychological archetype — each labelled and given a predicted CTR score.
Common questions
Does the 7-day trial require a credit card?
No. You get full access to all Creator-tier features for 7 days with no payment details required. You are only prompted for billing when you choose to upgrade.
What counts as a channel scan?
One scan = one YouTube @handle analysed. The scan fetches your most recent videos (up to 50), calculates the channel median, scores each video against that baseline, and surfaces the top outliers. Creator plan includes 100 scans/month.
Can I scan a competitor's channel?
Yes. You can scan any public YouTube channel — yours or anyone else's. This is one of the most popular use cases: scan the top 3 channels in your niche, find their outlier patterns, and build your next video around proven formats.
How long does a scan take?
Most scans complete in 30–60 seconds. Channels with 50+ videos take up to 90 seconds. The scan fetches live data from YouTube's API — results are always current, never cached.
What if I don't see the verification email?
Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there within 5 minutes, go to the login page and click "Resend verification email." Still nothing? Contact us at [email protected].
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account remains active but access to paid features is restricted to the free tier. Your data is preserved — scan history, saved hooks, settings — so nothing is lost when you upgrade.
